2. Reservations and Payments
2.1. Booking Reservations: Reservations can
be made through our website, by phone, or by contacting our customer service team. We require essential trip
details, including the pick-up location, drop-off location, date, and time. We recommend booking in advance to
secure your desired service.
2.2. Payment: The Company accepts various forms of payment,
including credit cards and cash. All payments are subject to the pricing agreement established during the
booking process. The pricing may include base fare, additional mileage, waiting time, tolls, and applicable
taxes.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Cancellation by the Passenger: Passengers
may cancel a reservation by providing advance notice, as specified during the booking process. Cancellations
within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may result in a cancellation fee.
3.2. Cancellation
by the Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel a reservation in cases of emergency,
unforeseen circumstances, or any situations that might compromise passenger safety.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
4.1. Behavior: Passengers are expected to
behave respectfully and responsibly during the service. Disorderly conduct, harassment, and any illegal
activities will not be tolerated.
4.2. Cleanliness: Passengers are responsible for
maintaining cleanliness within the vehicle. Any extensive cleaning required due to passenger negligence will
result in an additional cleaning fee.
5. Child Safety
5.1. Child Seats: The Company prioritizes passenger
safety, especially that of children. Passengers with children under the age of 8 or under the height of 4’9″
are required to use an appropriate child safety seat. The Company can provide child safety seats upon request
for an additional fee.
6. Pets
6.1. Pet Transportation: The Company allows pets to travel in
its vehicles, subject to certain terms. Passengers must inform the Company in advance if they plan to travel
with a pet. Additional fees may apply, and passengers are responsible for the behavior and cleanliness of
their pets.
7. Privacy
7.1. Data Collection: The Company may collect and store
passenger data for booking, billing, and internal record-keeping purposes. We are committed to safeguarding
your privacy and will not share your information without your consent.
8. Limitations of Liability
8.1. Vehicle Damage: Passengers are
responsible for any damage caused to the Company’s vehicles through negligence or misconduct. Any repair or
cleaning costs will be charged to the passenger.
8.2. Lost Items: The Company is not
liable for any lost or damaged items during the transportation service. Passengers are encouraged to check for
their belongings before exiting the vehicle.
9. Amendments and Updates
The Company reserves the right to amend or update these terms
and conditions at its discretion. Passengers will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
10. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in
accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate
legal channels within the state of Illinois.
